Message	bushings. Those should be of a larger diameter and the edges should slightly wrap over the edge, or cup the bushings. In the image below the bushing is cupped by the top retaining washer and where ever it meets a metal surface, this helps prevent the bushing from splitting. Yeah, I still ride my skate boards :D
